The “VIRAJ” make “VNCS” Series is designed in single stage submersible Non-clog Sewage pump of close coupled vertical mono-block type construction. “VIRAJ” non clog sewage pump simple pumping economical and most reliable way of solving the pumping and disposal of sewage containing suspended solids, pumping of raw unscreened sewage and effluent, storm water sand with water as well as raw and waste water containing large solid particles. Viraj’s rich experience over several year in the field of designing and manufacturing of varieties of reliable and efficient pump which need practically no maintenance. These pumps are compactly designed pump easy to handle and can be installed permanently with the help of automatic coupling in a small sump form where sewage is to be pumped or can be use portable duty. Being submersible they do not require any other pump house.

The VNCSM Series is a single-stage submersible centrifugal manhole drainage pump with a close-coupled vertical mono-block construction. These pumps are specially designed for manhole applications (460 mm to 600 mm diameter) and are suitable for handling slurry water, wastewater and storm water. The pumps are available with vortex or semi-open impellers and provide solid handling capacity from 50 mm to 100 mm. For reliable operation and motor protection, the pump is equipped with a thermistor sensor for winding temperature protection, moisture sensor for seal leakage detection, and a double mechanical seal arrangement for safe operation in heavy sludge and sewage conditions.
